I've noticed that someone is using my pictures to help sell his items on Ebay.
Using a stock photo that is readily available and permitted as such is another matter. Ebay's official policy says any images you do not create are not allowed unless your photo is already in their product catalog. They don't really enforce this 100% of the time unless somebody complains, but it's just in bad taste to steal another sellers photos and undercut them in the same marketplace. Buying and selling on eBay can be great, but it can also be fraught with risk.
